You’ll need –
- Vanilla essence
- Greek Yogurt
- Whole wheat flour
- vegetable oil
- baking soda
- ground cinnamon
- fat cream cheese
In a blender, add an egg, 1 tablespoon n of vegetable oil, vanilla extract, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 2 ripe bananas, and blend the mixture well. Now in a bowl take 1 cup of whole wheat flour and add 1/4th of cinnamon powder and 1/4th of baking soda powder. Add salt to taste. Now combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix it well. Now take a baking tray and add butter paper underneath. Pour your mixture and place it in the oven preheated oven for 350° for 25 minutes. Don’t forget to check it with a toothpick before you take it out.
